- Who we are
- For anything about your data, write to hello@softsun.app.
- Why we may
- Forecast and purchases: to run the app you asked for, and tax law. Ad token and support emails: our legitimate interest. Usage stats: your consent in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, our legitimate interest elsewhere.
- Outside the EU
- RevenueCat (USA) and some Apple services work outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Open-Meteo is in Switzerland.
- Your rights
- Ask us for a copy, a fix, or deletion of what we hold, or take back consent any time. Email hello@softsun.app and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

- SoftSun isn't made for children under 16.
- Changes
- If what the app collects changes, this page changes first.
